Louboutin/new frangrance collection/fetich/Countess Dracula’s perfume

As it is Countess Dracula October we are entering into Women’s witchcraft and the spell of beauty and youth.

This is a perfume made for Countess Dracula.

After watching The Wickerman last week, (starring Ingrid Pitt), we were introduced to the witchcraft spell The Hand of Glory as it was used on Edward Woodward playing the role of Sergeant Howie, I couldn’t help but be drawn to the new perfume by Louboutin that has a photograph that looks like the Hand of glory.

At first glance, I was a bit shocked after watching the Wickerman.

After the initial shock, I am quite delighted that someone is making an effort with the shock of the new again and getting it to work.

Quite a risk if people know about the hand of glory

Wonder what the Laboutin perfume is saying?

The pointed lid is like a stiletto heel.

What the Louboutin advert means

She sits alone at the cafe terrace. Noises from crowds and the busy street surround her. And yet she sits, unfazed, all her refined sensuality naturally sparks envy.

As a breeze blows by, it brushes the scent of iris off her bare skin. It’s only natural that she wears the most precious raw material in perfumery. The floral and earthy notes evoke an air of timeless elegance, igniting an invisible flame of desire.

As she moves on, leaving behind the burning memory of an irresistible woman, her essence remains intense. Only the extravagant base notes of patchouli linger behind. Like a sensual promise of what will never be.

The source of her burning sensuality? Fétiche L’Iris by Christian Louboutin.

Have to say this is more me than Iris. No one envies me.

Decided just to go for L iris anyway as the finder keeps going to Amber however I change it.

“This is an homage to one of the most noble and refined ingredients in perfumery. A creation that celebrates the splendor of Iris” – Caroline Dumur, Master Parfumer.

An icon of luxury perfumery; the precious Iris is known as “blue gold”.

An homage to the Iris that stands tall, nobly imparting its powerfully delicate scent, powdery and creamy all at once: here it meets patchouli for the most tenebrous of descents.

The floral and earthy notes evoke an air of timeless elegance, igniting an invisible flame of desire.

Like a sensual promise of what will never be.

Conclusion

This advertising is really good as it shocks you but at the same time intrigues you and pulls you in.

As it is Countess Dracula October I feel this message is for women of all ages.

It is an eternal battle for womankind to stay young.

The shock of this advert is also that it is aimed at a very young woman and if you aren’t a teenager you can’t attract men and haven’t got any allure anymore or no one would envy you.

Look again though.

It doesn’t say how old the woman is.

an air of timeless elegance’

Maybe it is this timeless elegance and experience that makes this woman envied.

As you turn back the clock with Countess Dracula start looking at yourself differently.

Be mysterious and channel out your air of irresistibility.

You are timeless elegance

Is the perfume a magic potion from Countess Dracula’s library?

Try it and see if it works.

This perfume and concept is something I want to explore as it is new to me.

Hope you are enjoying Countess Dracula October.

I’m discovering so many wonderful things and loving the idea of a Halloween about beauty and glamour instead of trick or treat, costumes and teenage boys pranks.

This is the first year since childhood I feel like doing a Halloween party.

Hope you enjoy this weeks perfume junky.

Have a lovely Sunday
