Tamilee webb ~ defy gravity review

Noticed this on collage video and thought I might like it.

Decided to put it in the October Workout on Wednesday Boost day.

As I hadn’t tried it before wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it and it did look a bit hard.

Review

At first I wasn’t sure as it was quite hard, so the steps I couldn’t pick up I sort of jogged like Paula Baldwin advised.

As the routine went on Tamilee explained she doesn’t choose complicated dance steps.

Was really relieved and by the end of segment one realised I would pick this up more every time I did it.

Especially liked the spins as I want to keep these up each month now.

It is very much like aerobics in British gyms.

Determined to push myself I kept going into segment two.

Really glad I did as it was Charleston!!!

Have to say I started flagging a bit towards the end, but if I had stopped I would of let Tamilee down as well as myself, a bit like the slimming calendar. Then I would have let the slimming calendar down also.

That really motivated me to finish.

Also now I understand boosts I was looking for something that would wear me out to up my fitness levels.

Just kept thinking about how good I would feel after and a relaxing evening ahead.

Conclusion

Just what I was looking for, a boost that was exerting. It also has the bonus of simple dance steps and Charleston, which is also in Friday dance class.

Highly recommend this video ~ I think it works for any age to be honest, with exercise so hard to find these days if you are older than a 12-year-old ballerina.

One problem was not much of a cooldown or stretches, but wondering if this is just part of the whole Defy Gravity series that maybe includes a cooldown.

As I do weights also, which has nothing to do with this video, I added some cooldown options at the end.

Really pleased I found this workout, hope you are enjoying it too or give it a try if you have just discovered it.

This is going into slim cal overflow Jane Fonda video library.
