No pain no gain/remembering what this actually means/tips on coping/Dors Weekend

Now my fitness levels are getting more up to speed, I remember what no pain no gain means.

The fat revolt that attacked me, has confused and twisted all these meanings up for some reason?

Bit daft as exercise is for our own good and if you have been following the slimming calendar you will have learnt about back health and how important it is to keep exercising throughout our lives.

It seems to me that it is more important to exercise as we get older. The vanity reasons are great and the secret to saying youthfull as we get older. But what got me exercising properly again is quick fit and realising about back health.

I personally think I look rubbish whatever size I am as I’m body dismorphic.

So I’d given up.

I was only drinking alcohol by government guidelines, but I was eating food like Pepporoni pizza which is high carb, high fat and contributes to weight gain.

I’m not particurlarly a fan of pizza if I’m honest.

An influencer said it was allright just to have it at christmas as a one off, have to agree. I saved some to go cold for the buffet, even had some for breakfast lol!!!

Someone online also attacked by the fat revolt exposed it as someone slim behind the whole movement hypnotising women to eat pizza and put weight on, then laughing at them when they ballooned up.

Thinking about it no one can say anything anymore so why is it called the ‘fat’ revolt?

I was supposed to be a goth eating muffins. In England they are about 1/4 of the size and called fairy buns.

I don’t like fairy buns.

I used to just lick the cream out and leave the bun.

They don’t have this much cream either?

I like French pattissiere with real cream but you can’t get them anymore just giant sized fairy buns without cream.

There isn’t even a photo for french patisserie.

My mum had to make those when we poor, why we were so skinny because we left the carb bit.

Remember bee stings?

Can’t find them anymore ~ they were moorish.

You would also get sliced roast ham or beef delicious.

Hope food comes back soon.

The bee sting would be great for the Halloween day off from slimming calendar, think they are vintage as well?

Having Japanese tonight.

Hope you are getting into Japanese, I prefer it to fairy cakes without cream.

No Pain No Gain ~ Real Meaning

As September started, the fitness levels upped and I started aching at night again.

Thought I’d talk about it in case anyone else is doing what I’m doing.

Asked the nerd.

He said it is just muscle we haven’t used before or for a while stretching and relaxing.

Either massage the pain, do yoga stretches, use sprays/creams or best of all get a partner to massage it for you like Zsa Zsa Gabor does.

When I had an injury the pain didn’t stop after massage, so this is how you tell the difference.

If it is an injury, this is serious and you should seek the help of a doctor.

Hopefully there shouldn’t be any injury as I never choose extreme exercise, partly for that reason. Also because I don’t like it and I’m just doing exercise to be healthy and to fit fashion sizings.

The best product I have found for muscle ache is the buerer massage tool.

When I went to the gym I had a manual massager that worked but took ages, this one took the pain off almost immediately.

I’ve had this a while now, it is £19.99 and have to say I have had my moneys worth and more.

Definately worth investing in if you are like me and have decided to get back into exercise or have discovered it for the first time and are just getting what Jane Fonda actually means.

My hypnotism seems to be wearing off and I am starting to see the wood from the trees again.

If you are like me and the lady who helped me, maybe you might want to leave the fat revolt and join the slimming calendar.

The slimming calendar goes back to when I started so you can browse my feelings like a diary record.

It leads to allsorts so you could find yourself in a slimming club that suits your requirements perfectly.

I decided to quit the fat revolt when I found Elizabeth Taylor in an interview.

She honestly admitted no one can make anyone do anything however much they persuade you, it can actually make you go the other way and get angry.

I’m like that and realised I had to put the effort in off my own back.

Why I ended up in the fat revolt I don’t know, but I’m preffering The slimming calendar now.

The food is better as well if I’m honest.

Conclusion

Don’t trust anyone till you have checked things out for yourself and are sure the people are trustworthy.

If people tell you to put on weight and stop exercising this is terrible advice and wrong.

If you have been conned, tricked or hypnotised by people hiding behind overweight people it is really hard to admit you have been tricked.

I was both tricked and frightened.

I couldn’t admit it had happened and felt more comfortable in the rut I had got used to.

I admitted what had happened and finally got exercise back into my life when The Dors Diet turned up somehow in my you tube stream.

It is still a struggle for me, but finally this year I’m at least exercising for longer periods like at the gym.

I can’t cook properly or do floor exercises, so if I have managed you can too!!!

I won’t nag as it doesn’t work, but I am doing the women helping other women scheme, so doing my bit.

(can’t wait to try it one day myself. You can have bacon sandwiches and steak, we can’t get bacon or steak in our supermarket due to post covid?)

Had to say something as worried people might be hurting a bit due to the slimming calendar.

You can do yoga in bed as well to stretch aches away.

Hopefully more advice will turn up if I write this, it is sort of all underground these days.

Have to say I’m really gratefull to the women who have helped me, I was in a bad way and couldn’t see.

Keep going and hopefully you will find a Dors film to enjoy this weekend!!!
