September workout routine 3x week plus optional Yoga and Japanese stretches on Thursday

After doing The August Morning challenge I realised it would come to an end in September and I didn’t want it to. So quickly added 1 mile walks to The Japanese September. So this month you get an introduction to low-calorie Japanese food and Japanese beauty treatments, also a 1-mile walk.

If you are just starting out ~ just do the 1-mile walk in the morning.

I’m getting the gist of this now, you just add a bit more each month as you get fitter, eventually, you will reach your target fitness level, then you need to boost it every month to keep your target weight.

I started off with the August challenge a few years ago.

It has been hard, having to do ballroom dancing threw me as I don’t like it and I got an injury.

Now I’m just doing fitness. I have done all right so far as it is designed for us to do at home on our own.

September I’m concentrating on abs to strengthen the back and reintroducing yoga on a 4th day of the week.

Will be starting off with just a few yoga moves to spa day and see how I do.

That is where and how I started last time.

Join me at the beginning of this journey.

I can’t do floor exercises at the moment, but managed the August challenges.

If you are just starting out consider the 1 mile walk a day with yoga on Thursday.

or the 1-mile walk a day with zsa zsa gabor weights 3 times a week and yoga on Thursday.

I’m adding Denise Austin abs from August this month to the basic weight program ~ see how it goes ~ hopefully will be able to do it!!!

If you want something more advanced collage video just uploaded yoga for runners that looked quite good.

Do this 3 times a week plus yoga and Japanese stretches once a week

Change the playlist this month, I’ve made a selection or just use your favourite action, high energy motorvating playlist.

Sorry this isn’t a complete routine, but wondering if this will soon be back on TV then we can just follow it on there?

The September Playlist

Conclusion

If we find our realistic fitness level and repeat doable routines we stick to it and get results.

If I do this on my own offline I don’t do as well.

Tests show if people work out together either offline or online, they are more likely to succeed and keep going.

If you follow The slimming calendar you are helping me too.

Have to say I really need the support as I’m learning but I’m not a personal trainer or fitness expert so have been lost since COVID.

Please feel free to join in as I think we must be helping each other.

Must admit the scale isn’t going down, but all the experts tell you not to worry about that.

One thing I am finding is I’m a lot fitter and starting to stand up straighter.

I don’t like extreme exercise so I try to choose doable routines.

If you are considering joining in please do, the more the merrier!!!

Hopefully, by next year we will be fitter and have more results.

Enjoy September!!!
