This was left over in British gyms from the 80’s. Realise this from doing Jane’s July.
This is the routine I do three days a week now, with a day off in between. You can do more or add more on, but always let your muscles rest one day after.
Hope to add more to this, if you are at my level you can do this 3 days a week and add as much cardio as you want.
The Zsa Zsa Gabor routine is very similar to what you used to get in gyms in Britain. You do get equipment and do a longer routine, but this is the closest workout I have ever found to Ladies’ weight training in British gyms.

If you are used to this workout, turn down the side and try running the Action theme track for the wonder woman August Challenge. Just follow Zsa Zsa’s actions.
I really recommend getting hand weights from Argos.
Next I do lunges at
and hip exercises
The clip maker isn’t long enough to get the whole workout. I put these in a playlist then set it up and the lunge part.
Next I do standing abs
Then I finish with the cooldown on Quickfit
Conclusion
If you can’t get on the floor this routine doesn’t include floor exercises. (I don’t do the floor exercises on the Zsa Zsa Gabor video, just the warm up and chair weights section).
Found a lot of workouts I would like to try in the future. But I’m only at this level at the moment.
Also I can’t do floor workouts here.

The lunges will hopefully help cellulite!!!
