does getting your fitness levels up get you back on track with fashion/or let you fit it for the first time?

After slimming down into my old Eden pre covid jeggings, I realised they didn’t fit as well, because I wasn’t as fit as I used to be.

As fashion has changed so much lately and I wasn’t in very good shape, I realise now, this was why I couldn’t keep up with fashion and trends.

A few years on, achieving personal fitness goals in The Slimming Calendar, I go back to waist trainers and discover I can get into them and wear them all day.

You need some level of strength in your waist to cope with the tightness, but thinking back what fashion in the past didn’t you need to persevere with?

I can’t say which of the exercise routines helped me get into waist trainer leggings, maybe all of them really, but if I can get into waist trainer leggings ~ you can.

You just need to follow my journey of progress that I have mapped out and ignore fitness ideas that are too extreme.

Most of it is free also, so you can save a fortune from overpriced gyms that these days only seem to be offering extreme high-impact exercises to teenagers. If you are a teenager reading this and are like what I used to do, I used to always do low impact. You can compete with your ballet dancing friends without the dangers they are putting themselves through to get into waist trainers and make other women feel rubbish.

Hopefully, as this goes on we will get fitter, stronger, and toned with perfect posture.

This in turn means we will also be able to wear fashion only aimed at extreme exercising teenagers.

But with the professional guidelines of only doing low impact.

Once you wear the waist trainers for a few days and get the flat stomach silhouette, you realise the world of fashion is your oyster again.

So glad I can bring this knowledge to other women out there of all ages and fitness levels.

Where I got my on-trend leggings and sportswear.

I just ordered over the internet and loads of it has turned up. Hope yours has too if you have tried for it. I’d highly recommend trying for some if you haven’t already.

If you want a tight fit order by your largest measurements. If you want it baggier I ordered a bigger size.

To be honest it is such good value, it is worth ordering different sizes to gauge your way back to fashion sizings.

Even if the fashion we know comes back, I have had to admit to myself part of why it doesn’t fit anymore is because I stopped exercising.

Luckily if you start again and follow my simple stepping stones back to fitness, you can expect to wear uncomfortable on-trend fashion again, (if you know what I mean).

I’ve still got a long way to go, but am finally seeing the light at the end of the dark, gloomy post-Covid tunnel.

If you are a teenager who feels excluded as you have never tried fashion or exercise, all this will work just as well for you too.

It might take you a few months if you are new to this, but you will get there safely and a lot faster than I did as I have learned from my mistakes, so you won’t have to. Also, you are younger than me, so you should get fitter than me ~ with no excuses!!! lol!!!

What you will need to do is start with entry-level in Janes July.

Also, there are no guarantees how long it will take your body to adjust, you need to listen to it and allow it to change when it is ready in its own time. It will do though as ultimately as Lesley Sansone tells us, we can get our body in shape at any age and it is what are bodies are made for ~ being active.

Conclusion

Getting fitter by doing sensible exercise demonstrated by professionals, eating regular healthy meals, drinking plenty of water, learning to live a little at weekends, and then treating ourselves to spa treatments and relaxation on our days off, will get us fashion-ready again.

I thought it wouldn’t happen at first, I took a few wrong turns, but after managing segments of Jane Fonda routines for Jane’s July, I realise I can get my life back on track to where it was pre covid, therefore so can you.

I’ve lived in my own world since I discovered it was an option.
