Hillwalking challenge
Went a bit Private Benjamin today, only a bit though.

Decided to up our Sunday stroll to a hill walk.
We surveyed where we could do uphill walking in March.
Then chose a low incline to prepare us for the challenge.
Enjoyed it so much started singing the American boot camp hey ho song till some people out walking with their dog brought me back to my senses.

Remembered losing weight walking uphill once, so put the idea on a slimming calendar.

Probably won’t be able to get a dress yet as they haven’t come back yet, unless you’re one of the three sizes, but the main thing is walking uphill.

These probably don’t look that steep but we were out of breath by the end of our walk.
Really proud of us for managing to push ourselves.
We usually just walk on pavements.
If you like this idea you can just walk around the block as long as you choose slope inclines.
It is like the treadmill in the gym or step meister.
We will just stick to this level till next month.
Found some dress shops but the clothes are still a bit weird. They were shut anyway.
Conclusion
If you want to increase your fitness levels but are struggling due to post covid conditions, starting to realise Zsa Zsa Gabor is right. Just start with one walk a week, eventually you will start getting fitter.
