Really excited tonight because I found an almost identical version of my Suzi Wong skirt from La Redoute pre covid 19. Found it at Anna Sui’s Online shop. The original one was satin without a pattern, I really like the classic Anna Sui purple edging around the hem.

They do match the red on the pattern, but I think black or purple shoes might go better.
Wore my original skirt with Moda in Pelle knee-high boots for small calves. The boots would also match the dress below. The one below I would team with a cardigan with pre-covid size fittings from New Look or La Redoute.
Also opted for this dress.
The Anna Sui one is black instead of red, but I like black as the one I had before was black.
She wears a black dress in the film. Will screen-snip more of her dresses next time I watch the film and add them to the blog.
Will keep looking for a red dress as well.
Quite happy to build a collection of this look.
