Spa detox day
Don’t know about you, but I have forgotten almost everything I used to do because of covid restrictions. Luckily this spa day I recovered an alba detox product from one of my spa day drawers and remembered women used to detox out the pollution from our faces.
After going for a walk, (depending on where you are), there could be traffic. It is probably not that dangerous, but nice to have a good cleanse anyway.

My skin is so sensitive, I am trying the two day a week exfoliation routine. If you can’t stick to a daily facial routine due to time or patience, you may find this idea something you can adhere to. If your only mildly sensitive you may prefer to exfoliate every day.

Tried this for the first time today and is a bit tingly. Apparently it is because of the Tazmanian pepper.

My face did go red, (like another reviewer says), so put the Alba enzyme mask,(below), on after the pink mask to cool everything back down.
Used pink clay before, but had to mix it myself. This product is easier to use, but quite excited to try the addition of Tazman pepper as recently I have had some redness. It made me so warm in British winter I had to have a glass of water with ice on standby.

Must say it really warmed me up on a bitterly cold November British Day. Takes your mind off the weather.
You could cover yourself up with a faux fur blanket to feel even more relaxed and warm whilst you are holding your head back for the treatments!!!
I signed up to the stay young program pre covid, so intend to keep going with this even though fashion has stopped. Hopefully it will be back soon.
