Ingredients
Bag of iceburg lettuce
Tin of tuna (in oil of your preferance)
Tin, bottle or carton of sliced black olives, handful or to taste
Tin of boiled potatoes, whole tin
Tin of green beans, (about a quarter of tin)
Bottle of Filippo Berio virgin olive oil
Method
In a large salad bowl, or individual dishes. Empty out the bag of iceburg.
Drain the boiled potatoes, beans and tuna.
Slice the potatoes and arrange on the bed of salad.
Empty out the tuna and break up to create an appetising display.
Criss cross the green beans on top of the tuna or sprinkle randomly.
Garnish with the sliced black olives.
Drizzle with a healthy serving of virgin olive oil, the more the better!!!
calories per serving – roughly 250, (I don’t count the olive oil).
