DEVISING A HOME SPA DIARY/starting off simply with zsa zsa gabor

If you are like me, there are some spa routines I stick to and some I fail at.

Of late my exercise routine is none existent. Think it is the apathy hanging over post covid Britain. As there is nowhere to go and nothing to do, our appearances don’t seem as urgent. As we struggle to purchase food, low fat/healthy cooking has been replaced by takeaways and tinned food. Have to be honest and admit I still count the calories and try to be healthy, but I’m not eating what I want to. Our oven finally burnt out so I don’t cook at all anymore. We are trying to purchase a new one, so maybe one day we will cook again? Christmas seems daunting as I’m not sure what will eat if we don’t aquire an oven before then. Mcdonalds is shut on christmas day?

SLIMMING CALENDAR

Had a go at a slimming calender last year, till I hurt myself and decided I shouldn’t be doing a fitness project that should be done by an expert. I never really got my exercise off the ground again with it anyway. Only started it because everything seemed to stop during covid.

People trolling exercise routines was where I first went wrong.

Best recommendations from the slimming calender

The best video I found during the calendar experience was one by Zsa Zsa Gabor. If I write it down here maybe it will motivate me enough to start again with it, your welcome to give it a go too if you want.

People would argue she wasn’t a fitness expert, but it suits me for where I’m at. I’m sure there are aerobic exercise routines etc., which are more expert, but need to start myself off again gently.

Also it is the same routine I did at a ladies gym I used to go to.

I miss doing this, used to get up an hour early on a Thursday morning to do this, not sure why I chose Thursday but it worked.
