Having sourced the cowl neck jumper at Edinburgh Mill shop and how to style it trendily, (with the aid of film fashion), was browsing my email folders and was led to celtic broaches.
These used to be really trendy in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
Also must of been in 80’s America.
As a former design student have to admit to being quite fond of celtic broaches.
They can be used on baggy jumpers, like Versace broaches on oversized dresses.

The selection of celtic broaches I sourced in my email folders.
Looking back I will now apt for ameythyst due to seasonal colours. Obviously I went for amber as love this colour but doesn’t suit me.

Not sure if amethyst is winter?
winter does have purple though, but no amber at all.

Loni Anderson giving her cowl neck jumper a trendy twist with broach and pleated mini skirt.
Just looked at the internet and it is awash with celtic broaches.
Will do a celtic blog shop, then blog which I chose.
Must admit celtic broaches remind me of quaint Scottish villages, romatic elopements, fields of heather, amber whiskey and fresh scottish landscape.
Love the antique look of the broaches and the different style take through the ages of fashion history.
What I purchased
Hope this inspires you.
