INSTANT COFFEE

3/4 CUP OF MILK OF YOUR CHOICE

LARGE GLASS OR PLASTIC PINT GLASS

METHOD

FILL 3/4 OF YOUR GLASS WITH THE MILK

ADD THE COFFEE

STIR UNTIL THE COFFEE DISSOLVES

ADD THE ICE.

STIR TO MIX.

SKIMMED AND SEMI SKIMMED MILK IS AS HEALTHY FOR WOMEN AS FULL FAT MILK.

ENJOY

REALLY LOVELY.

COFFEE CAN BE A BIT TOO HOT FOR SUMMER.

FRAPPUCINO MEANS YOU CAN STILL HAVE YOUR COFFEE BUT KEEP COOL.

YOU CAN EVEN FANCY IT UP AND ADD GARNISHES ETC, IF YOU HAVE THE TIME OR IF IT IS FOR GUESTS ETC.
