METHOD
FRY THE ONION AND GREEN PEPPER IN THE OIL FOR 3 MINUTES.
ADD THE TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS AND STIR.
COVER WITH A LID AND COOK UNTIL IT IS SOFT AND PULPY.
EITHER GRILL OR POACH THE FISH FOR TEN MINUTES.
THE SAUCE SHOULD THEN BE READY.
SERVE THE FISH ON A BED OF GREEN PEAS, WITH THE CREOLE SAUCE.
