CHINESE FRIED RICE WITH PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS

HALF TABLESPOON OF OIL

1 SMALL ONION

3oz FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES, THAWED

2oz COOKED FRIED RICE

FEW DROPS SOY SAUCE

3oz PEELED PRAWNS

HALF OUNCE SALTED PEANUTS

1 BEATEN EGG

METHOD

PEEL AND COARSLY CHOP THE ONION.

FRY IT IN A WOK OR NON STICK PAN IN THE OIL FOR 3 MINUTES.

ADD THE FROZEN VEGETABLES, PRAWNS, PEANUTS, COOKED BROWN RICE AND A FEW DROPS OF SOY SAUCE.

STIR FRY FOR 5 MINUTES.

AFTER 5 MINUTES, MAKE A WELL IN THE CENTRE OF THE INGREDIENTS AND POUR IN THE BEATEN EGG. COOK FOR A FURTHER 2 MINUTES.

PREPARE A GREEN SALAD TO SERVE WITH IT.

AFTER 2 MINUTES STIR IN THE EGG WITH A FORK.

SERVE ON A PLATE WITHE GREEN SALAD

CALORIES PER SERVING 450 CALORIES.
